About this app

Crefio Field Verification is a work tool for authorized loan officers to
carry out and document borrower field visits. It captures a complete,
location-verified record of each visit so cases can be processed and
reviewed reliably.

Note: This app is for authorized crefio field officers only. Sign-in is by
registered phone number and one-time password; accounts are provisioned by
your organization.

What you can do:

Record the visit
- Capture continuous audio of the visit conversation.
- Recording keeps running in a foreground service if the screen turns off or
the app is in the background, so nothing is missed.

Capture photos by section
- Take business, residence, mortgage, and other visit photos.
- Mark photos as collateral where relevant.

Attach documents
- Add supporting files such as PDFs and images to a case.

Location verification
- Photos, audio, and the visit start and end are geotagged.
- Location checks help confirm the visit happened at the expected place.

Manage your cases
- Assigned tab: cases assigned to you, ready to start and complete.
- Completed tab: finished cases, which you can forward to the committee.
- Recent tab: your full session history.
- Cases returned for rework reappear in Assigned with the reviewer's notes.

Built for the field
- Uploads are queued and retried automatically, so poor connectivity does
not lose your work.
- Enter borrower details, deal number, and loan information quickly.
- Built-in EMI calculator for on-the-spot figures.
