Issue Radar covers news worldwide. Open it in any country and you get
that region's trending headlines. The app detects where you are and
tunes the feed automatically, or you can switch to any other region
whenever you want.

Headlines appear in the local language of the region you are viewing,
so Japanese news reads in Japanese and French news in French. The app
interface is available in 25 languages, and every other region still
works with English labels.
