About this app

DutyLedger is a workforce attendance app for organizations that need accurate, verifiable staff check-in and check-out.

Employees sign in with their phone number and a one-time code. At the start of a shift, they scan the QR code at their assigned site and take a check-in selfie. The app confirms their location, so attendance records reflect who was on site and when.

How it works:
1. Sign in with your phone number and OTP.
2. Scan the QR code at your work site.
3. Take a quick selfie to confirm your identity.
4. Your duty starts and the app tracks your time on shift.
5. Check out with one tap when you leave.

DutyLedger is provided to employees by their organization. Accounts are created and managed by your administrator. There is no public sign up.

Privacy:
The app collects only the data needed to record attendance, including your phone number, check-in selfie, and location at the time of check-in. Data is encrypted in transit. You can read the full privacy policy from the login screen and from Settings.
