This is the dedicated app for the tech lifestyle brand ODDICT and its 'TWIG' true wireless earbuds.
This application will help you control your personal listening preferences.
Equalizer/ Preset / Auto play/ Edit device name / Find me / Firmware update and others.
For best performance, the TWIG APP may need the following permissions:

Location: It is necessary to access the BLE function to help locate the device.
* To use Android's BLE function, you need to enable location access.
Storage space: Used to store files required for product use.
* Used to save files such as product manuals.
App may still be used without granting these permissions
but there may be restrictions on the features that require these permissions.

1. Create an account / Connect device

4. Change the product device Name
5. Find me (device connection history & alarm sound)

This is an odd review, simply because the earphones are amazing for the price point. I can't say the same thing about the app. By far the most buggy experience with an app I've had. The consistly crashes, always needs ask me to connect my decides even when it already connected, applying eq settings don't seem to stick, but the most annoying thing is that the app will not allow me to update the firmware smh 🤦🏾♂️ This needs some serious work.....

I just got the Twig Pro and the app tells me it needs a firmware update. The firmware update keeps getting stuck. Have tried two phones, one Android, one iPhone, neither work. Music won't play from either phone. On my Android phone the update keeps getting stuck at "Validating" and Bluetooth spontaneously disconnects. On my iPhone the update just stays at "Updating" while "Preparing Phase 2 update". I've tried Spotify and Samsung Music and music won't play on either.

This app used to function without a login. Now it requires one, but then you can't create an account on Odditct's web site so it's impossible to use one. Can't log in! And when you review the terms of service and privacy policy they're all written in Chinese. Don't buy these ear buds if you expect to use this app along with them.
