About this app

AMP Remote is a GPS-based companion app to record and manage Daily Employee Attendances by a web-based Payroll Management Program - Attendance Management Payroll Program (AMP).

AMP Remote provides a simple Time In and Time Out interface and records the following daily values:

- Time In/Time Out based on company's regional Time Zone.
Each recorded attendance is GPS tagged and displays a pinned map

- Work History Report
Record client or customer information, location of job and description of work completed.

- Travel Allowance
Record applicable travel allowance

- Daily Allowance
Record applicable daily allowance

- Overtime Request
Submit request for overtime including estimated hours and reason for overtime.

- Night Shift Attendance
Enable a shift that starts one day and ends the next day.

- Multiple Attendances
Enable multiple shifts or attendances in a single day or into the next day. This feature includes a selectable list of items performed for each attendance, ie: Travel to Site, Site Work, Office work, etc.

AMP Portal: A secured online access to the Employee's personal Attendance information allowing them to view and perform the following functions:
- Request Leaves or Absences
This module allows the Employee to submit a request for Leaves, such as Vacation, Sick or Absences. It is immediately submitted to their Manager/Supervisor for approval. A complete history listing of all their Leaves request for the year is displayed including total Credits for each Leave type, Availed, Balances and HR Acknowledgments.

- Settings section to update the following items from the app:
1) Update your Contact information including Phone, Address and Emergency Contacts
2) Update your Login information - Username and Password
3) Update Multiple Attendance Options list in the event company has updated the list
4) Update Customer's List in the event company has updated the list

- Monthly Pay-slips
Employee can view their Monthly Pay Slips, request a Discrepancy review by HR or Export to PDF

- Request for Late or Under-time
This module allows the Employee to submit a Reason for being Late or will leave their shift early (or come in late). It will immediately be submitted to their Manager/Supervisor for review.

- Attendance History
Review up to 45 days of Attendances with ability to edit Work Reports and Allowances prior to closing of Payroll period.

- Internal Company and Government Loans
View personal loans acquired by Employee with Company or other government approved loans.

- Manage profile information and login values.
Edit/update limited Employee profile information such as address, phone numbers, emergency contacts and Login values (username and password).

- Private Chat module with HR Administration
Employee can chat directly with HR regarding any payroll or attendance related issues.

AMP Remote Manager: Managing supervisor's portal to manage their employee group/team.
This portal provides a managing supervisor the ability to review and approve/deny their Employee Group/Team's request such Overtime, Leaves, Absences, Lates and Under-time. Additional modules include management of employee in their group/team and edit/update Customer list.

What’s new

This release includes the most recent Android API in compliances with Google's Policies. We have also included the following updates:
- Field validations of required values for Job Descriptions, Overtime and Undertime Justifications.
- Real time updates of Travel Allowances as applied by HR back office
- Re-prompt dialog of UT Justification if incomplete
- Other minor bug fixes.
