Crewlytics is a workforce management app for construction and field-service companies. Your crew clocks in from the jobsite, punches outside the fence get flagged, and you see the hours, the equipment, and the assignments in one place.

GPS TIME CLOCK WITH JOBSITE GEOFENCING
Crew members clock in and out from their phone. Draw a geofence around each jobsite — look up the address or drop the pin from where you are standing, set a radius, and check it against satellite imagery. Every punch records its location, and a punch that lands outside the fence is flagged for supervisors and admins to review. Nobody is ever blocked from clocking in, and location is captured only at the moment of a punch — Crewlytics does not track your crew in the background. Breaks are tracked separately from worked time.

TIMESHEETS AND APPROVALS
Review daily and weekly timesheets per employee, with out-of-fence punches and company holidays marked right on the sheet. Crew members submit a time change request when they forget a punch or clock in by mistake — a correction or a deletion. Admins approve or decline, can remove a wrong entry directly, and every change keeps an audit trail and notifies the employee.

TIME OFF AND COMPANY HOLIDAYS
Employees request time off from the app. Admins see the team calendar, approve or decline, and everyone gets a push notification on the decision. Admins set company holidays once and they appear on every timesheet and the team calendar, so nobody has to request a day the company is already closed.

EQUIPMENT AND ASSET TRACKING
Keep a register of tools, machines, and vehicles organized by category and assigned to a jobsite. Log equipment against a project so you know what is where, and add entries by voice when your hands are busy.

PROJECTS AND JOBSITES
Create projects, set each jobsite's geofence, assign crews, and see who is working where. The crew directory gives every team member the contact details of the people on their site.

TEAM CHAT
Message individuals or groups inside your company. Send photos from the camera or your gallery. Conversations stay within your organization.

What’s new

Jobsite geofences. Draw a fence around each project on a map. Punches made outside it are flagged on the timesheet, and supervisors get an alert when a clock-in lands far from the site. Nobody is ever blocked from clocking in.
Time change requests now cover deletions as well as edits, with the same approval and audit trail.

Company holidays. Admins set them once; they show on every timesheet and on Team Time Off.
