Crewmarshall is complete construction crew management: time tracking, shift scheduling, tasks, daily site logs and team communication in one app. Your crew runs everything from the phone; the office works in the browser on the same data, live.

TIME TRACKING
• One-tap clock in and out, even with no signal. Entries save on the phone and sync automatically when you're back online
• Break tracking during the shift; hour summaries account for the statutory paid break under Polish labour law (art. 134)
• GPS location and site geofencing, strictly company opt-in and off by default. Clocking always works regardless of GPS
• Clock-out reminders and flagging of unusually long entries

TIMESHEETS & PAYROLL
• Weekly timesheets: managers approve or reject a week, and workers fix rejected hours right on the phone
• An approval queue with previous-week arrears and one-tap reminders for the crew
• Export approved hours to an Excel (XLSX) workbook, ready for payroll

PLANNING & TASKS
• Shift schedule: who, where and when, with vacation and absence handling
