CrewQR Time Clock is the crew's side of CrewQR: clock in, clock out, take your meal break, and switch jobs from your phone — with or without signal.
FOR THE CREW
• Employee number and PIN. No email, no password to forget in the rain.
• Works with no service. Punches are kept on the phone and send themselves the moment you are back in coverage. The office sees they were made offline.
• Meal breaks you actually take. The app tells you when your break is due; the break is stamped when you start it, never deducted automatically.
• Job-site photos. Progress, before/after, deliveries, damage — filed against the job you are clocked into, with a caption for the office.
• Your week at a glance. Time on the clock since Monday, meals deducted, day by day.
FOR FOREMEN
• See who is on the clock, on which job, and whose meal break is coming due.
• Clock a crew member in or out, or correct a punch — every correction is audited.
• No pay data on the phone. Rates and overtime stay in the office.
LOCATION, ONLY ON THE CLOCK
If your company turns it on, the app records which job site you punched from — and, optionally, where you are between clock-in and clock-out. It stops the moment you clock out and never runs outside a shift. You can clock in without it.
CrewQR is used by contractors who need clean, defensible time records: server-stamped punches, meal and rest compliance for California and other states, and job costing in the office. Your company signs up at crewqr.com and gives you a company code; that is all this app needs.
Requires a CrewQR company account.
Clock in from the job site, with or without signal. Meals, photos, your week.
