CrewTrack is a simple time clock and GPS tracking app for small field crews, including construction, siding, landscaping, and other on-site teams. Workers clock in when a shift starts and clock out when it ends. While they are on the clock, CrewTrack records job-site time and location so managers can see who is working, where the crew is, and how many hours were worked. When a worker clocks out, tracking stops. CrewTrack does not collect location off shift. For workers: - One-tap clock in and clock out - View daily and weekly hours - Add job-site photos - Review tracked data - See a persistent notification while tracking is active For managers: - Live map for workers currently on shift - Daily and weekly hour totals - Timesheet review and approval - Job and team management - Payroll export as CSV Privacy controls: - Location is collected only while a worker is clocked in - Tracking stops immediately on clock-out - Workers must accept a workplace monitoring notice before tracking starts - Data is encrypted in transit and isolated by organization A business owner creates a company account and invites workers, who sign in by phone.
