Ratings and reviews

The app is good for scoring and managing a tournament if you do everything correctly. However, correcting mistakes in scoring is very frustrating. Once after the match, if one over was recorded for the wrong bowler, then you have to go to the website to manually change ever single ball. Moreover that also seems to mess up the wickets taken in that over. Another problem is that sometimes the app stops updating (eg bad data connection or something). You can continue to score but there is no guarantee that the updates will be recorded once good connection is restored. There is also no obvious way to grab the data and upload it via computer or some other user friendly way.

My Schedule option used to display the games in order of game date across my teams. With recent update it is not sorted on the date anymore, it is now sorted on team1 games then team2 games and so on. It is very difficult to see the games for next weekend, as I need to scroll across all teams manually or filter per team to check for conflicts. What used to be really the 'My Schedule' is now broken! App should sort it datewise or add sort feature. As a player, this is the feature I use MOST.

I bought a CricClubs subscription last week, but the experience has been very disappointing. Customer support replies are unclear and confusing, and nobody seems to understand the actual problem. Even after paying, I still don’t have proper control/access in the app and keep being told to “ask permission.” It honestly feels like they don’t even know I’m their customer. Expected much better support for a paid service. this all was ask first and then I bought.
