Bug fixes & improvements:

• Fixed: scores showed under the wrong team when Team 2 batted first
• Fixed: Undo could scramble the 2nd innings score
• New: live CRR and RRR shown on the scoreboard
• New: set a max wickets limit per innings (0 = unlimited)
