CrimeSpotter is free crime reporting and local alert system designed to make life hard for criminals through fast distribution of trending local crimes.

Now the ability to fight crime is truly in everyones hands.
Reporting is super easy and all other users within a radius of the incident are instantly notified to spread awareness and gather information.

Crimes reported are NOT official and are purely for the purpose of sharing crime information with active citizens, community bodies, security and law enforcement.

All crimes reported are mapped to a location and added to a central searchable database that is public and available to all users of the system.

I had the app installed, but got annoyed by all the messages from all areas that I have travelled through.I tried to unsubscribe from the app, but that was not an option, so I uninstalled it. Now I get the one email after the other with reports from all over. At the bottom of each email there is an option to deactivate or unsubscribe. Dont even go there!!!!!! I tried that but it only opens another tab with an error message. Is this now a new way for criminals to get one' petsonal information????

No way to delete account once I signup. No way to delete my email address. No help or support faqs page that works. Built by marketing company????? Does not display police reports at all...its user based and has no way to verify user reports. Please delete my account on this app.

theres a bug in incident description retrieval/display. Sometimes the text shows, sometimes not, and sometimes the text is repeated twice. This can appear for the same incident
