‘Train जल मित्र’ is a mobile application developed by the CMM group of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) to streamline watering operations in the Indian Railways' coaches and to address the watering related complaints. Designed for ease of use, the app enables staff to:
1. Monitor real time water level in the running trains.
2. View the upcoming trains running with low water levels in the coaches.
3. View the WLI (Water Level Indicator) fitment details.
4. Push notifications for low water levels.
5. Tracking and resolving Rail-Madad complaints.

‘Train जल मित्र’ app aims to reduce watering-related complaints, improve service quality, and increase operational efficiency.

1. WLI Fitted count shown in Ownership module.
2. Now 48 hours of report showing instead 24 hours in coach wise WLI data.
