Application doesn't show if the order is a pre order, or if the restaurant is opened for orders it just takes order no matter what. The customer support calls and says it will take a hour beacuse restaurant are not open and your order was a pre order, i said ok but the order was not ready until 2 hours. It will be very helpful if mentioned that it is a pre order or the restaurant is not opened yet

Cant login forget password & forget password doesn't work in crisfood Also need an option to review and rate food, last food I ordered was just so bad i feel like shop send you anything caz they don't have any repurcrations for sending bad food.
