One of my favorite things about Crispy Cones is how easy and convenient the ordering process is. I was able to place my order through the app, walk in, and pick it up without any wait. The app makes customization simple, and having everything ready when I arrived made the experience even better. Great customer service, amazing desserts, and a convenient ordering experience—Crispy Cones continues to be one of my new favorite places for a sweet treat. I highly recommend giving the app a try.

Promo codes in the app never work. The app works fine for ordering, but it's very frustrating to see promos advertised only to have them never work, and be in-app only. I've tried on 3+ separate occasions to redeem a promo code and I always get an error that "this deal isn't valid for the current items in your cart", even after restarting the app, triple checking I added the right items, removing then re-adding the right items, etc. Stop advertising promos you have no intention of honoring!

the look and feel of the app are great. however, I cannot use it if it does not let me find a location from which to order. Other features also have issues, such as, the "Community Partnership" link does not go anywhere. I love Crispy Cones, so I hope I can change my review of this app soon.
