Ratings and reviews

Our family has been enjoying this Jigsaw Puzzle from Critical hit for years. When we turn on the wifi to download more puzzles, it freezes. We attempted to clear older puzzles, but the download just shows it spinning. We have attempted to contact critical hit, but they continue to close our tickets. We recently upgraded to the premium app hoping this will help but no luck. Has Critical Hit changed their software compatibility for Kindles (androids)?

My go to app for relaxation! I've been using it for months. The puzzles are beautiful! You get free daily ones, deals on packs, and quality free puzzles. There's calming music and an array of backgrounds to choose from. You can choose the number of puzzle pieces you want. I love that I can use my S Pen stylus. I would it rate 5 stars but the app freezes and closes suddenly at times.

I mostly like this puzzle game. One thing that I don't like, you can not lock the background so that it doesn't move around while you are trying to move the pieces. Otherwise, I like it pretty well. Update: So I have found out how to lock the background screen, but you have to lock it EVERY time you start a new puzzle. You should be able to lock it from the settings, Not with in each puzzle!
