About this app

Critical Path Map is an offline project scheduling toolkit from Critical Path for project managers and planning teams. It runs classic planning analysis entirely on your own device.

The Critical Path method builds a task network from your activities and their predecessors, runs a forward and backward pass, and shows the project duration, each task's early and late start and finish, its float and the critical path itself.

PERT Estimation takes optimistic, most likely and pessimistic figures for each activity and returns the expected duration, variance and standard deviation, then rolls them up into a project total with a completion confidence.

Milestones tracks key dates with a red, amber and green status and a portfolio overview, and Earned Value measures effort progress with schedule and cost indices and an estimate at completion.

Every calculation runs on the device and your entries are saved locally between visits. Critical Path Map is built with Google Play Services and Google Fonts.
