*While you're in the app, pressing "pump number" always gets stuck.only way to proceed is to close app and restart which takes time *Many times when you try to "convert smiles" the app is not responding. You have to close and restart.even so might not be fixed *Some eko stations Wi-Fi doesn't reach pumps area so u have to get out of the car to find signal *The items offered as "offers"can be found in normal shops with same price

The worst App I have ever tried, truly problematic and it doesn't make anyone smile but surely made me frustrated!!! Have deposited €60 but can't use my money because of its bugs and technical problems to release fuel pump. Can't use my money because station cashier can't accept to pay by it, I don't really know why???? The customer service doesn't answer email or telephone calls. It is awful experience so far. Will report to customer protection unit so they know and hopefully resolve my issue

The eko smile is a classic example of a bad application. The UI is confusing, messy and right out unusable. It looks more like a bad website rather than an android application. I can say with certainty the company build this just to say that they also have an application to the play store.
