No english translation so read over the rules elsewhere before you start playing. Quite easy to navigate with trial and error. The winning tiles list when you hover over a discard is helpfull, as well as highlighting any tile already played on the board when it is selected.

nice game but I don't understand it's Japanese writing

The instructions are in Japanese, and therefore completely useless
