Lead Capture Summit is the exhibitor app for CrowdComms Summit events and other programmes run on our Summit environment. Staff use it on their own phone or tablet to turn badge conversations into structured leads, without rented scanners or patchwork notes.
Start with access from your organiser
Open the link or event access you have been given, sign in with your email link, and pick your company when you have more than one exhibitor context.
Capture leads from the badge
Tap New Lead and scan the QR code on a delegate’s badge. Switch scan modes for the way your team works on the stand. Use the torch or flip the camera when the hall lighting makes scanning awkward.
Qualify while it is fresh
Open a lead to complete qualifying questions, actions, and tags, set priority, and add a photo when your workflow needs it. Your Lead Capture administrator configures the programme in the CrowdComms dashboard.
Work with your booth team
See team licences, invite colleagues where permitted, and review captures across the pod so Sales is not guessing what happened on the floor.
Plan conversations with attendee insight
Where your package allows, browse and search the delegate library and use targets to focus outreach. Helpful when you balance walk-ups with booked conversations.
When the venue Wi-Fi drops
Eligible badge scans can queue and sync when you are back online, so a weak signal does not erase a strong conversation.
