Actually is city off. Many bugs, not a user friendly app, multiple failed attempts to report an issue, no option to change language. It has great potential and attractive look and feel, but the developers should get more engaged with the app and fix all the issues.

location is buggy and this renders the app unusable. posting an issue should be quick and easy. still wondering why I need to.declare if I am a resident or visitor every time.
