• Four sections: Crew capture, Technical enrichment, Vulnerabilities, Administration
• Division, Vessel/Site, Area, Functional System and Asset Type are required and come first
• Serial Number is optional — no explanation needed when it is missing
• Photo capture records what it read into Notes
• Spreadsheet leads with the required columns
Fixes: assets with no serial can now be saved, offline work now syncs.
