Mr. Lau Wing Nin, the grandpa, started his kiosk business in the Ping Shan community to sell congee, deep fried pastry and steamed rice roll in 1962. Moved to Yuen Long in early 80s, and set up the very first shop, which is still up and running today. Started as a community store that sold household necessities.
Grandpa then decided to renovate the shop in 1988, began to sell cart noodle, Lau Wing Nin’s son joined the company, and focused on R&D, created a menu that is full of flavours, Wing Nin noodles become the name popular amongst the local community.
