About this game

Mutacon is a Connect Four game where nothing stays the same for long.

What starts as a classic game soon becomes an unpredictable experiment, where the board, the rules, and the course of the battle can be altered by unexpected mutations.

You play against an AI in best-of-three matches.
Every piece counts. Every decision matters.

And every few moves… something changes.

🎮 Gameplay

Classic Connect Four: Win by forming a horizontal or vertical line.

Fast and direct games.

Best-of-three matches.

Human player vs. AI.

Simple and intuitive touch controls.

🧬 Mutation System

During the game, random mutations are activated, altering the course of the game.

More than 15 different mutations.

Only some are available at the start.

The rest are unlocked by completing experimental achievements:

Winning or losing several matches in a row

Playing on specific days

Completing battles

Undesirable but statistically interesting situations

Mutations are described in exaggeratedly serious technical language, as if all of this were perfectly normal.

📊 History and Progress

Global counter of wins, losses, and draws.

Everything saved offline, without accounts or external services.

🎨 Style and Tone

Play When You Want, How You Want

Mutacon isn't trying to teach you anything.

It doesn't improve your productivity.

It doesn't optimize your life.

It just observes how you react when a Connect Four game stops behaving as it should.

Start the experiment.
