A mobile application for our servicers enabling simple updates to provide basic event management functionality: event status throughout the work order lifecycle, defect/issue identification and routing, and general work order assistance.

CRST Home Solution App collects location data to enable mapping, job routing, and direction services even when the app is closed or not in use.

This is a terrible app. Clients have to sign 6 times. Why not 2 times. One to start and One when we finish installation. Theres not even a log page where you can see every job for the day. You literally have to swipe to see every job. The uploading of pictures should allow a multiple pic upload at one time. Not go back and forth 10 different times just to upload all pictures. This app is rushed and honestly theres more problems but I gotta work, cant wait to get the next set of 6 signatures.

Currently, this app can't be used in a lot of places. This app needs 2 things to improve it. An option to disable the location services. It spends most of its time trying to load a map that no one uses. Unecessary and way too much resource use. Second, it needs an option to download your day on wifi, then go offline. This would make a great difference in how long it takes to use. This app takes up way too much time just loading the same things over and over.

Absolutely horrible, I cring and feel extremely annoyed when using it. This ap is supposedly designed to help a business manage and make things simplified. But it does the exact opposite. Extreme over excessive amount of tasks that have to be checked off and cleared and signed. My day is consumed in the ap instead of the actual work that needs to be done. I have never used my phone this much ever.. I'm on the verge of quitting a job that pays $2k a wk. after 2 days on this ap.
