About this app


This app allows you to load (or check the balance) of PUBLIC TRANSPORT CARDS of the Madrid Regional Transport Consortium (CRTM), using NFC.

Instructions for use:
• Check that you have a data connection and activate the NFC connection on your mobile.
• Access the CRTM Transport Card APP.
• Register the bank card: To carry out a charge, you must first register your bank card. It is not essential that you leave it registered once the upload is finished.
• Check the balance and load:
1. Select “Start” from the menu and press the “Balance and recharge” button. Bring the transport card to the back of the mobile.
2. The tickets you have loaded will appear. Detach the transport card from the back of the mobile.
3. Select the title you want to upload. It can be a title that you already have loaded or select one by clicking "Show titles to reload".
4. Select the bank card you want to pay. If you don't have a card registered, you can register a new one at that time.
5. Confirm that the title you have selected is the one you want to buy. Press "Confirm and reload".
6. You will receive instructions from your BANK to be able to complete the purchase.
7. Once the payment has been made, the App will ask to bring the transport card to the mobile's NFC reader (on the back) to charge it.
8. When “Recharge completed successfully” appears, separate the transport card from the mobile. To verify that the load has been carried out correctly, you can check the balance.

Menu options:
• Balance and recharge: You can check the current balance and / or load the card.
• Bank Card: Register a bank card or check the ones you have registered.
• Last invoices: You can see the simplified invoices of the loads.
• Conditions: links to conditions of use of the TTP and other information such as incidents.

In order to download the APP, the following circumstances must be met:
• The APP must be available in the Play Store
• Mobile with NFC: If the mobile does not have NFC technology, it cannot download the APP.
• Be connected to the Internet (WIFI or data).
• Compatible mobile: The mobile in which the user wants to download the APP has to be compatible with the APP version.

Months ago it worked very well to recharge my young card, but now everytime I try to use it, it says that the app it's not working and that I should try again in another moment. I'm just posting this so they can check the problem and fix it.

I only installed this app to be able to buy ONE thing ... the "Suplemento Aeropuerto" (revolutionary tax), which forces me to queue up in the machines at the airport behind a long queue of 30 people who don't know what they are doing. Can you buy a "Suplemento Aeropuerto" with this app? NO. It is already very sad that you cannot buy "Suplemento Aeropuerto" in advance at the machine, because they are only valid for the day of purchase. Hola Daniel, lamento que esa sea tu opinión acerca de la aplicación. Estamos continuamente tratando de incorporar mejoras para ofrecer una aplicación útil para los usuarios. Aun así, seguro que tu crítica nos ayuda a seguir mejorando la aplicación.

My first use... While charging the transportation card, the app closed on its own. I opened it again to check my card, it never got the rides I paid for. And then, I noticed by my credit card email notifications that I got charged TWICE. No history of payment made in app.
