worst app and company ever: you can never contact anyone. the Chatbot covers the screen and yet it is a greyed out screen that never allows you to even go any further. I tried a countdown widget and that doesn't even freaking work! WORST VACATION / CRUISE LINE APP EVER!

Don't use this company. Poor customer service. Would not honor advertised deal/promo. On hold for on hour and still could not talk to a supervisor because representative could not get permission to transfer call. Only reason for two stars was the web site was easy to use but it did not alert that the promo was not going to be honored. When you click on a promo, if should only show you the deals that work.

The app doesn't work. The text is all black on a black background and it tells me I don't have any upcoming trips. I added my upcoming cruise with the confirmation number and it gave me a message saying "trip added successfully" but it's still telling me I have no upcoming trips.
