Welcome to One Safe Direction - a high-speed reflex puzzle where threats surround your Core from every angle. At every single moment, there is exactly ONE safe direction. Your job? Find it. Tap it. Fast.

Here's how One Safe Direction works. Your Core sits in the center of the screen. Three threats attack from different sides - left, right, top, bottom, or diagonals. You have a shrinking timer. Before it hits zero, you must tap the one side that is NOT threatened. Tap a threatened side? You lose a star. Run out of time? Level failed.

Each level in One Safe Direction gives you up to 3 stars. No mistakes = full stars. One error = 2 stars. Two errors = 1 star. Three errors = level restart. The game demands perfection if you want maximum rewards. Stars unlock harder chapters. Coins unlock new Core skins in the Shop - visual flair for survivors.

But the real challenge? The clock gets faster every level. What starts as a generous 2 seconds becomes 1.5 seconds, then 1 second, then 0.7 seconds. By late game in One Safe Direction, you have less than half a second to scan three threats, identify the safe gap, and tap it. Your brain will scream. Your thumb will learn new speeds.

We designed One Safe Direction for players who love pattern recognition under pressure. The threats don't attack randomly - they follow attack rhythms. Sometimes all three threats cluster on three consecutive sides. Sometimes they spread out, leaving one obvious safe direction. Sometimes they fake you out with a near-miss pattern.

As you progress in One Safe Direction, new threat types appear. Fast threats that flash and vanish. Decoy threats that look real but aren't. Chain threats that require two quick safe taps in a row.
