I had an issue after the purchase, my gift card were not working, so I've sent them email with the issue I was facing, This took few days of time to solve the issue but they made sure they've solved the issue(after a hussle of emails to them). It was my first time I've used it but surely not the last time. Trustable company. Surely recommend. But do your own homework.

Was hesitant with how much scamming type things happen with BTC but was pleasently surprised that not only did this work but was incredibly fast and efficient two thumbs up to the makers I'm sure your guys app will take off and be a huge hit in the near future keep it up I wouldn't change a thing about your app 10/10!!!!

Tho the service is kind of cool, But the rate of delivery failure almost everyday is very alarming. This keeps happening almost every time. And when we send wallet address for a refund it takes so long for that to happen even when the product we ordered was very urgently needed at that t and even if the delivery was succesful, it takes almost forever to be delivered. Just take your time by respecting the user by taking your time to work on giving out good and faster service for a best experience
