Crystal Delivery is a strategic logistics game set in a fantasy world powered by magical crystals. Players take on the role of a Crystal Courier, building efficient transport routes between eight unique cities and delivering rare crystals to maximize profits.

The core gameplay revolves around a procedurally arranged network of settlements, each producing and demanding different crystal types. Players must strategically invest gold to construct routes, then dispatch deliveries along connected paths. Matching a crystal type to a city's demand yields bonus rewards, encouraging thoughtful route planning over random deliveries.

Crystal Delivery features a fully offline experience with no internet connection required. The game includes persistent statistics tracking across sessions, a detailed Crystal Lore encyclopedia explaining the game world, and customizable settings. The dark-themed interface uses three custom fonts and hand-crafted visual assets to create an atmospheric experience.

The game progressively increases in difficulty as players level up every five successful deliveries, with cities restocking and reward multipliers growing.
