Mise is a recipe book built around the two moments that actually matter: getting a recipe in, and
cooking it without touching your phone.

GET ANY RECIPE IN
Recipes live in awful places. Mise takes them all. Import recipe sources most apps choke on:
• Paste a web link — Mise reads the page structure directly and fills everything in
• Use it as a recipe scanner: snap a photo of a cookbook page or a printed recipe
• Import a PDF
• Share straight from Chrome, Google Keep, your notes app, or the gallery
• Or just paste messy text and let it sort itself out
All of it happens on your phone. No account, no sign-up, nothing to configure. Multi-shot capture
stitches a long recipe across several photos, and you get a review screen to fix anything that
came out wrong before it is saved. Interrupted halfway? Import history brings back the review you
never finished.

Cook Mode shows one step at a time, big, with exactly the ingredients that step needs — no more
scrolling back to check the quantity.

SEE THE WHOLE RECIPE AT ONCE — CRYSTL STYLE
Tap one button and any recipe becomes a bracket table: ingredients down the left, each step
reaching across exactly the ones it uses, brackets nesting outward to the finished dish. You read
what meets what, and in what order, in a single glance — no scrolling between a list of
ingredients and a list of steps. It is the shape cooks have drawn on index cards for decades,
built automatically out of your own recipes.

TIMERS THAT DO NOT LOSE TRACK
Mise is a real cooking timer, not a reminder — and it replaces the kitchen timer on your counter.
Multi-stage timers run in a foreground service, so they keep counting when you background the app,
lock the phone, or the system kills the process.
They survive a reboot. Notification actions let you stop or extend without opening the app, and a
home-screen widget shows the next one counting down.

NO AI. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Mise reads your recipes on your phone, with rules, not a model. Nothing you import is sent
anywhere to be understood — not to us, not to an AI service, not to anyone. There is no account,
no sign-up, and no recipe server. Full backup and restore writes a file you choose and control,
photos included.

EVERY FEATURE IS FREE
Not a trial, not a teaser. Importing, cook mode, voice control, timers, collections, filters,
shopping list, backup — all of it, with no expiry and no recipe limit.

Mise pays for itself with occasional full-screen ads, capped at four a day and never less than
four minutes apart. There are no banner ads, and there is never an ad while you are cooking or
while a timer is running.

Mise Premium is a one-time purchase that removes them. That is all it does, because there is
nothing else to unlock. No subscription.
