Southwest Tennessee EMC's mobile payment application allows you to view and pay your bill, view your past payments, access your historical usage information in graph form, and manage your payments and notifications, among other capabilities.

There is a bug where the app won't let me save any changes to my autopay settings. I click "Save Changes" and nothing happens. The button is dead. I'll change my rating when this is fixed.

won't let me login at all on app even though login works fine in browser

Worked great the first time the app went online ever since then the app continually closes it's worthless. I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it might work correctly but it does not for me anyway. As of 9/15/22 I'm uninstalling again and have to go through the phone system and jump all the hoops.🤣
