⭐ 1 Star FD creation flow is poorly designed. Interest rates are not shown anywhere and the “Calculate Interest” feature throws errors. Tenure entry is inconsistent — 13 months is listed on the website but the app only accepts 1 year and 1 month without telling the user. Every error clears the form and requires re-entering all details. Adding an existing nominee fails due to missing files that cannot be edited. The app also does not explain options like “Bulk Deposit” or “General Public”.

The app is difficult to use because the colour choices make text and buttons impossible to read. Font colour matches background colour. Please improve the color scheme and overall readability in the app.

CSB Mobile Banking app is very disappointing. I have been a CSB customer for over 6+ years, but my account has been frozen for more than 2 years due to pending KYC. When I tried to update KYC through the app, it repeatedly timed out during document upload despite good internet. The app is slow and not user friendly. Meanwhile AMC and other charges keep getting deducted. Compared to SBI with better service and fewer charges, this is unacceptable. I am cancelling both my NRI and NRO CSB accounts.
