Giving it 2 stars because the App was pretty easy to use, but now with whatever update was done, it is practically unusable. it opens up in a full screen and you literally cannot click on the 'Arrow' to go back or the 'X' to exit. Before you can complete a transaction it times out. If I try using the web version and it says my customer ID doesn't exist though I went through the whole registration process already.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the application, which has not been functioning properly. I have been facing repeated issues while using the app, making it difficult to access essential banking services. The application frequently fails to load, experiences unexpected errors, and does not function reliably.Due to these technical issues, I am unable to carry out important banking transactions, causing significant inconvenience.

⭐ 1 Star FD creation flow is poorly designed. Interest rates are not shown anywhere and the “Calculate Interest” feature throws errors. Tenure entry is inconsistent — 13 months is listed on the website but the app only accepts 1 year and 1 month without telling the user. Every error clears the form and requires re-entering all details. Adding an existing nominee fails due to missing files that cannot be edited. The app also does not explain options like “Bulk Deposit” or “General Public”.
