Lately, every time I try to open the app, I get an error message, telling me to call for assistance. When I call the bank, they don't know what to do about it. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it hasn't helped.

Garbage. Closed down the local branch, and have substandard service at the Ontonagon branch, the least they could do is have a decent banking app.
