like the app. it seems to not want to open when im needing itvto quickly sometimes

As much as I expect more from it, its good enough to: Check my account balance, View all my transactions, Check my credit score, Apply for a loan(though they don't give credit cards), And a few other... unfortunately you can't send money using the app so it's a 4* app for me.

It says to rate the app....so I am NOT rating staff/CSCU. This credit union is the best one we've ever used in our 41+ year married career. They are always quick to assist! The app., however, is the VERY WORST one ever! I am CONSTANTLY getting locked out & have spent hours & hours trying to get the new password recognized. I hate to have to use it because it is always so stressful!! From the other ratings, I can see there are lots of others frustrated over the app., too!! Jamie Brinegar
