The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Compass Community CU Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled as a Compass Community CU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

After years of using this app I was just confronted with a mandatory updated user agreement that is a total nightmare. Forced arbitration, to start. And if you sign you agree that the app developer makes no warranty that the product will be free from viruses or defects and will not agree to be held liable for damages. There was no way to even save a copy. I refuse to agree to this license update, and have uninstalled the app, myself. Will be complaining to the credit union about their vendor.

Remarkably terrible. It's almost impressive how this app fails to be even remotely acceptable. I imagine the developers wrote out the ten barest of bare essentials for a banking app, then threw only three darts at the list to determine what they would include. It doesn't update for two days, it never matches online banking and don't think you will ever show an accurate actual balance. Transfers from your own savings take a minimum 1 business day and there are weekly errors that shut it down.
