I've been a customer for over 40 years. Not as personal as it was, but everything now days is non contact or person to person much. We knew employees we dealt with. Not a fan of just numbers.

Remarkably terrible. It's almost impressive how this app fails to be even remotely acceptable. I imagine the developers wrote out the ten barest of bare essentials for a banking app, then threw only three darts at the list to determine what they would include. It doesn't update for two days, it never matches online banking and don't think you will ever show an accurate actual balance. Transfers from your own savings take a minimum 1 business day and there are weekly errors that shut it down.

After using my fingerprint to login it said I needed to update my time and date stamps and cancelled my login Then fingerprint no longer worked. I tried to recall my username and password combo, but could not remember them I have over a hundred logins, so that's why I opted for fingerprint. To regain access it asked for my social security number and customer number. I don't recall my customer number. I do recall answering security questions for this account. I think they are screwed up for establishing procedures and not using them. I can just use my major national bank's checking accounts, which are reliable and predictable. Uninstall.
