this app has lately become very problematic. My transactions are now so delayed that using the app is becoming unreliable aa i cannot tell my balance at any given time now. Will slowly start to move my funds away as this is a problem when one needs to know their balance in real-time! And no CS - I will not keep uninstalling and re-installing the app! EDIT: response to dev: They are enabled already- it's literally the transactions that are days behind! As if they have not veen processed!

OK but not brilliant. Particularly annoying are the very haphazard push notifications which seem to stop (and not reactivate) all too often.

Poor user experience. International transfers keep failing while using Android even after reinstalling the app, no error message showed which is very confusing. The only plus is client support which patiently tries to help out. After reinstallation a new user interface showes, a bit sketchy one, the text at the top is at the same level as the icons at the top of the Android screen which makes them unreadable. Then after a few logins goes back to the old one - doesn't feel and look professional.
