love my bank, but I'm annoyed with the app. every time I try logging in, it wants me to add a phone number and nickname. I've done this MULTIPLE times! then in the middle of utilizing the app after doing the process for the millionth time, a screen appears telling me to do it AGAIN! I don't always have the extra time or even patience to do this unneeded process multiple times a day. please fix this.

transactions are delayed. can't increase spending limit via app anymore. can't dispute transactions. have to continuously confirm who you are even though the app requires password/passkey. simply not modern in any sense at all.

Easy to use, does what I want, and has a feature that allows me to enable and disable my card as needed. Love it.
