I can't even get into my account ever since they updated the app. Any attempt to recover username or password either gives me blank questions or security questions I never set up in the first place so I can't answer it. Ruined a perfectly good app and I bet the update to the phone services today will be ruined too. Nice going.

This new app is trash, the old one was clunky but at least it worked!!! Can't even log in to make my house payment!!!!

if you are supposed to get your paycheck on Friday or Saturday... you need to choose another bank. Now you get it on Monday. I called and asked why, and due to the upgrade, your check is processed for Monday. when i explained i pay bills and buy groceries on the weekends, their response was, "Oh well, sorry". Thats not how you treat your customers!!!
