I can't even get into my account ever since they updated the app. Any attempt to recover username or password either gives me blank questions or security questions I never set up in the first place so I can't answer it. Ruined a perfectly good app and I bet the update to the phone services today will be ruined too. Nice going.

Congrats! This new and improved design is so much worse than the old clunky version. The custom alert function is now totally useless and that was important for us poor 99% that needs to keep track of things. The running balance now requires an extra step to view it. You should have stayed with the old one, at least it was useful. Hire smarter devs.

This app is like a music video nightmare. I don't think I've ever used anything that was so clunky and annoying. The the prior system works much better and was much more user-friendly and direct.
