The new app is so bad I'm considering changing banks. The old interface was very quick to navigate and very user friendly. This new upgrade is so horrible and confusing to navigate it's frustrating. The recurring bill payment is hard to find, there is no quick option to change recurring payments. Centier, this is bad, go back to the old interface.

Already issues with the new app as soon as I downloaded it. Can't even access my account because it didn't recognize my password, and when I try to reset it, it tells me my security question answers are wrong. They're correct. Pretty weird whenever apps tell you that you have to completely delete the old app and download a new one with no warning whatsoever. Why not just have installed updates and send out notifications when you're going to be updating? This is questionable and aggravating.

Where to begin? First I've never in the my history of using Android phones have had to uninstall the app just to "upgrade" to the newest version. Upon first login, it asked me to set up fingerprint login but when I tried to use it for the first time it wasn't set up. Now I have fingerprint set up but can't login using it. It prompts me for it but then makes me put in a password anyway. This is basic functionality and it doesn't work. Coming from working in software this roll out is a failure.
