I decided to register myself, make an account, to make paying my car loan easier. When I tried to login it says my password is wrong. I clicked on "forgot password" and now it's asking me to answer security questions I never answered in the first place. I did enter my ssn as it asked while registering and I am hoping nothing bad happens with it just because I decided to make an account. I will be calling customer service soon to try to get this fixed asap. Pay in person! Their app isn't great.

App is total garbage. Nothing works. Format doesn't make any sense. Customer service for it is even worse.

Everyone is the most friendly people u could ever ask to deal with. All around a wonderful place to do all your banking with.
