This app is very poorly designed... I just want to check my savings account balance from time to time but never can... I have called multiple times to have the "user disabled" function removed. But then when I log in afterwards, it always says wrong username or password. So I go through the process to check my username and reset my password. When I try to log in it will again say wrong username or password and/or user disabled... I'm glad that I don't need this app for any actual banking because it never works!
