The My Base App provides Installers with a handy Install and Service Wizard to set up and maintain DualCom Pro devices. It gives access for Installers to quickly identify issues and proactively support their customers. Compatible with all variants of DigiAir Pro and GradeShift Pro, the App enables Installers to take control of their signalling base.

very poor. this has to be the worst app I have ever had to use. in my time I have only ever managed to log in once. since then I have done nothing but change password keep adding authentication numbers. only to be back at the start saying password not recognised. at a guess I would say designed for Apple not android. amount of time I have wasted with this app. well it should ve chargeable to yourself . very poor. worked well once.

Just keeps locking up, will hang for ages then if you catch the countdown timer just right it will show your device. Did work brilliantly some 6 months ago but now I have to call technical for updates on signal strength and pins

I don't know why all of a sudden I have to login to my app. Normally I just pull app up on my phone and I'm ready to go. Now it ask me to login but won't accept my login info.wo t let me use the app because I can't login. It's been so long since I created this account and I don't specifically remember my username or password. Someone please help me get back into this app
