I really like the Hatch app! The topics are usually pretty interesting/fun and that keeps me coming back. It does take a few weeks to get the rewards though. For some reason, for about a month I couldn't log into my account. Even after changing my password and re-installinh the app. I didn't know if it was some sort of glitch or if their system thought I had been deceptive.

Unfortunately after several years of use, they decided to lock my account for no apparent reason. It's not obvious and requires research, and a keen eye, but basically if you're forget password option no longer works they have locked your account. Loyalty and giving support to their users clearly means nothing, and so I've edited my review to give it one star.

I like this. The cons: Not a lot of surveys and i often can't tell if something is a paid survey or a "pre survey". Pros: because i can't tell, I'm happily surprised when suddenly i have points to redeem! Once i suddenly had $6 and once $5 of points. Also, the surveys are very short and all can be done on my phone. Points go toward Amazon gift cards. When you tap on "Redeem" it's a very simple process for it to go onto your Amazon account. You don't have to buy anything then.
