App is good to track electricity usage and complaint registration. But please don't give the user an option that won't work. I applied for new electricity connection a month ago, it's still in submitted state, there has been no update or communication since then. I even sent them an email but I think I shouldn't expect much from these government people. I thought it's a great initiative and be helpful for the people like me who has to travel other city for work but it's just a button for display

It's a very good app with all the possible features that enables the task to be appropriate. It can save the data and access whenever needed in pdf format. Also the download facilities of pdf is also beneficial to provide hardcopy and soft-copy of electricity bill

my bill of jan 26 have been generated and received offline and the last payment date was 19.02.26 but still the bill has not been updated in your app due to which I am not able to pay and since the due date is passed a penalty of rs. 10 will be imposed from your end which we are forced to pay. this is happening for the last 2 months. pls look
