App is good to track electricity usage and complaint registration. But please don't give the user an option that won't work. I applied for new electricity connection a month ago, it's still in submitted state, there has been no update or communication since then. I even sent them an email but I think I shouldn't expect much from these government people. I thought it's a great initiative and be helpful for the people like me who has to travel other city for work but it's just a button for display

Even after payment, the app shows pending payment for a long time. It's so easy to fix. please do it. The app looks like it's built in a college student project. Give it some swag with professional help.

I have been a regular user of the Mor Bijli app, but the November 2025 billing cycle is not showing in the app despite me receiving a hard copy from the meter reader. This delay forces consumers to visit offices for offline payments, defeating the purpose of a digital platform. Please ensure data is synced immediately. The app needs better real-time updates
