While C Spire Switch coverage is nationwide, registration is currently only available for residents in the state of Mississippi, and the Mobile, AL and Memphis, TN metro areas. A compatible 5G phone is needed to access 5G network coverage, and 5G is not available in all areas.

Account has been fixed I guess it just took them a few days to straighten up the accounts after changing so much stuff. I do wish they would offer a discounted plan with less data or either like $5 off under 5gb usage.. I have home wifi so I don't use much data so it sucks that my plan price got increased for more data that I already don't even use.. just a suggestion as I know they've offered things like this before. It's still one of the cheapest plans you can get tho.

Tried porting my old number over but every time I tried adding a different form of payment it's always saying unsuccessful. Tried customer service but it's just a bot that's not really helpful at all. I've tried talking with a real person, and that was a dead end as well. Can't activate my new sim nor setup service. Too much headache

Turrible. Took over a week to port my number, and during that time the status was a mystery to all. I STILL CANNOT SEND TEXTS and I've probably wasted 10 hours googling for a fix. And good luck trying to get support - unless you value wasting time with an underdeveloped chat bot. Q This morning I received an email directing me to log into the Solo app to activate my device, else I'll lose my number in 30 days. BUT I AM LOGGED IN AND MY DEVICE IS ACTIVATED. Back to Verizon, hat in hand.
