the app hardly ever works and the support is about worthless

it's a broken app. it refuses to accept my security answers & insists that I fill it in when it's already filled in. being from MLFCU, it does not surprise me that it's a defective app.

I love the app, never had any issues with it. Only giving it 4 stars because they took away the option to unlock with my fingerprint. PLEASE bring back fingerprint unlock!
