Customer service is great but the app sucks. I tried several times to deposit a check it keeps saying make sure all 4 corners are visible. When it finally goes through I get an email saying the image was blurred and could not be read. That makes no sense. It was crystal clear when I took the picture so why did it go through if it was blurred and unreadable???? Tried again and again and I get the same stupid error message. image is not focused, make sure all four corners are visible.

App crashes when I try to sign in. Works fine on my wife's phone. Very displeased.

Do not have fingerprint option for logon
