About this app

Edox Mobile is the official app for the Edox Management Software, designed to allow companies and authorized operators to access key operational features directly from smartphones and tablets.

The app is intended exclusively for customers using the Edox Management Software and allows you to work on the move by connecting to your configured business environment.

Main features:
• View customer and supplier records
• Manage commercial documents and operational information
• View orders, delivery notes, invoices, and payment schedules
• Access warehouse, product, and inventory data
• View statistics, commissions, and account statements
• Manage technical interventions and operational reports
• Search for products using codes or barcode scans
• View PDFs, documents, and attachments generated by the management software

The app uses a remote interface connected to the customer's business systems and requires company-provided login credentials.

Edox Mobile can support biometric authentication via Face ID, Touch ID, or equivalent systems, if enabled by the user on their device.

Communications use standard HTTPS/TLS security protocols when available in the customer's configuration.

A demo mode with demonstration data is also available to demonstrate the general functionality of the app. Some operational features may be limited in demo mode.
