About this app

csuki is an independent public transport app for Cluj-Napoca, Iași and Timișoara. It shows the trams, trolleybuses and buses that are actually running, right now, and how long until one reaches you.

csuki is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official app of any government authority, municipality, or public transport operator.

THREE WAYS TO SEE THE SAME TRAFFIC

• 1D list — the line as a list of stops, each with the minutes until the next vehicle reaches it.
• 2D map — the same line drawn on the map, every vehicle in its real place.
• AB planner — say where you are and where you are going, and csuki builds the journey out of the vehicles currently on the road.

One button switches between them.

THE AB PLANNER STAYS WITH YOU

Most planners hand you a plan and forget you. csuki keeps yours alive for the whole trip:

• It plans with the vehicles actually running, not with a timetable.
• If an earlier vehicle on your line would get you there sooner, it offers the swap.
• If your connection leaves before you can reach it, the times move to the next one instead of quietly going wrong.
• If the vehicle you were following stops being tracked, csuki says so rather than pretending.
• Set A to your location and B to home, save it as a favorite, and loading it anywhere plans the way home from wherever you are standing.

• Arrival alarms — pick a station and how many minutes of warning you want, and csuki notifies you before the vehicle gets there.
• Favorites — store a line, its direction and your view, or a whole AB journey, and load it in one tap.
• Choose how much traffic you see — only your route, the line's alternative routes, or every line that shares a stop with you. The arrival times follow your choice.
• Official timetables — tap a stop name to open the operator's timetable where the line has one.
• Tap any stop for its next arrivals.
• Dark mode, a left-handed layout, and button hints you can turn off.
• Four languages: English, Romanian, Hungarian and German.

FREE, WITH ADS

csuki is free and supported by ads. If you would rather not see them, csuki Ad-Free is an optional monthly subscription that removes them, renewing monthly until you cancel.
